Water Intake: Check!

Well, it's a start!  I am drinking between 1/2 and 1 gallon of water per day since my last post!  Woohoo!  Making progress...

Next up: Exercise!

Help Me be Accountable

So, I doubt if there are any followers left for this blog, as I, myself, would no longer follow, with the lack of posts that are here!  However, I am back, and will be using this blog as an accountability tool for myself, and hope to transfer this accountability into weight loss, and some awesome blogging.  I won't even bother to update you on the past 5 years, as no doubt, the interest won't be there.  I'm sure over the next few weeks/months, you will be accidentally updated through reading any posts.

So, without further, dudes (Family Guy), let's get this started!

Current weight: I don't have an actual weight, as I am terrified to step on the scale right now, but let's just say, the new goal is 100 pounds... (probably less than that will be sufficient, but let's aim high)

Current exercise: Walking 2 to 5 miles per day, but let's be real, here... I'm lucky if it happens 1 time per week, lately!  That will change IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

Current water intake:  Ha!  None.  Addicted to Diet Coke, and drinking water when I rinse after brushing my teeth, or when some hot water leaks into my mouth in the shower.
